Let's face it. Many of the buildings on that strip are decrepit. The only thing that gets me is the height. That's a great location to build taller! It's not in Capital Center, so there shouldn't be a problem. We need something, say, 35-40 stories to fill in the gap between the financial sistrict and the Westin(s). A tall, attractive building will also help create that civic style this site mentions. On that note, OneTen makes me sad. I spoke in person with the developer and he assured me things were okay.
