		<description>I really do love the fact that they are building this.  Let's face it.  Many of the buildings on that strip are decrepit. The only thing that gets me is the height.  That's a great location to build taller!  It's not in Capital Center, so there shouldn't be a problem.  We need something, say, 35-40 stories to fill in the gap between the financial sistrict and the Westin(s). A tall, attractive building will also help create that civic style this site mentions.  On that note, OneTen makes me sad.  I spoke in person with the developer and he assured me things were okay.  Then a few months later their office was closed.  :(</description>
