		<description>I really do love the fact that they are building this.  Let&#039;s face it.  Many of the buildings on that strip are decrepit. The only thing that gets me is the height.  That&#039;s a great location to build taller!  It&#039;s not in Capital Center, so there shouldn&#039;t be a problem.  We need something, say, 35-40 stories to fill in the gap between the financial sistrict and the Westin(s). A tall, attractive building will also help create that civic style this site mentions.  On that note, OneTen makes me sad.  I spoke in person with the developer and he assured me things were okay.  Then a few months later their office was closed.  :(</description>
