By the looks of the sub cutting up it is the best use for the sub,the material. Why would they even make a museum like that at Quonset? Newport is a much better location simply because of the Naval base. This is like if CT had the nuclear sub museum somewhere other than Groton (not that Groton has much for attractions, but that's where the subs are made and there's a Naval sub base there). We have the USS Saratoga aircraft carrier museum coming to Quonset Point eventually.
