The caps in the name are probably from the fact that Providence is in caps in the logo. I can understand Tommy's Pizza (close, but not frequented by PC students) and LaSalle Bakery (because it's really good), but have never really seen many others. Patrick's Pub was on there this year, but it's really only visited by the older PC students, and not regularly. PC doesn't even get the Phoenix on campus (something about the classifieds section not being in line with Catholicism). Most of the other places are very East Side and, yes, many aren't even in PVD (I was surprised Track 84 didn't make it in the Best Beer Selection category). I actually nominated GC:PVD for best blog (nominations were like a month ago I think). Apparently others did as well. Some of the other places I nominated (Bombay Club for one) didn't make the cut.
