LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
1. Case No. 09-011MA – 30 Royal Little Drive (Public Hearing)
Request for Preliminary Plan approval to construct an 8,500 square foot medical office building on the property located at 30 Royal Little Drive. The subject property is located at the intersection of Branch Avenue, Silver Spring Street and Ianthe Street (AP 74, Lot 394). (Charles)

2. Neighborhood Planning Update (Staff Presentation)
Staff discussion with commission members on the status of the neighborhood planning process and proposed schedule for moving forward.
DEVELOPMENT REVIEW REGULATIONS
3. Land Development and Subdivision Review Regulation amendments (Public Hearing)
A hearing to allow for public comment and action on proposed revisions to the City Plan Commission’s Land Development and Subdivision Review Regulations. The amendments are intended to ensure conformance with Providence Tomorrow: The Interim Comprehensive Plan, the Rhode Island General Laws, correct typographical and grammatical errors, update definitions and modify submission requirements for subdivisions and land development projects. Also included are amendments to Article 6, consisting of physical design requirements for land development projects.
