  • thought there was some backbone up in this city for once…

oh well, Newly added to the Artinruins RIP Page: Grove St. School

  • How can the board just not laugh when this joker comes in and shrugs his shoulders and says “sorry, it is not feasible?”

  • Well, not completely gone yet, the Building Board of Review will consider this in-feasibility tomorrow.

  • I’m trying to think of other instances where you can break the law, then not comply with the NEXT law, and then, go into court and say “well now i can’t comply with the law.”

Is it like when you kill a guy at a bar, and then when you’re getting arrested you take off in your car, starting a high speed chase, eluding the police and authorities for, um, 3 years, all the while continuing to break the law and when you’re finally brought to court you say “Well, i couldn’t stop, judge, because the cops were chasing me?”

  • According to my source, currently stationed in Hawaii:

“The judge gave the Tarro’s 30 days to get estimates on securing the property.”

  • I am trying to figure out what happened–did they go into the hearing with no actual estimates of how much it would cost to secure the building and the judge gave them 30 more days, or did they go in with such outlandish bids that the judge said for them to get more reasonable ones?

  • it was continued. Again. how is it that it hasn’t been set on fire yet? will anyone be surprised that three years later the building will be unfixable? And this time there will be no one to sue because it is the judge who keeps continuing the case.
