		<description>Right this moment I think we&#039;ve taken it as far as we can with the technical side with things like air bags, anti-skid, etc. The next great leap is the behavioral side. 

As has been amply demonstrated, simply passing a law against something doesn&#039;t stop it. 

But the next leap is autonomous vehicles. In other words, get in the car, tell it where you want to go and text away if you want. The car will do the driving.</description>
