Here is a link from the RIDOT webpage: http://www.dot.ri.gov/documents/bikeri/studies/Final_Pawtuxet_Report.pdf It would connect to the Washington Secondary with a bridge/Tunnel over Route 2, connecting the malls under 295, and ends by Ski Market. There is also an map of future connection following Metro Center and Kilvert St to End at the inter-modal Station.
