I’ve heard that there are signs up at this property describing the new retail coming in? I may have heard incorrectly, but if that is indeed true, that sounds very positive. Anyone have details?
I have not seen any signs on the building, but I didn’t look carefully. The owners may well be soliciting proposals for retail tenants.
I didn’t realize which post this was. See here. The owners (new owners I believe) were before DRC a couple weeks ago looking to renovate the building. They do not have a final design yet for approval, but needless to say, the DRC was pleased with the idea of an historic renovation.
