1. Abandonment of a portion of Briggs Street
Petition to abandon a portion of Briggs Street to clarify boundaries of a newly constructed soccer field. (Upper South Providence)

MINOR SUBDIVISION

1. Case No. 10-030 MI – 1144 Chalkstone Avenue (Preliminary Plan Approval)
The applicant wishes to subdivide the existing lot measuring approximately 6,845 SF into two lots measuring 3,021 SF and 3,835 SF. The existing dwelling at the southerly portion of the lot will remain intact. – for action. (AP 64 Lot 643, Mt. Pleasant)

2. Downtown Plan
Presentation of revised version of the Downtown Plan by DPD staff. Public comment will be taken – for discussion. (Downtown)

INSTITUTIONAL MASTER PLAN

3. Presentation of Miriam Hospital’s Institutional Master Plan
Continuation of Miriam Hospital’s five year Institutional Master Plan presentation outlining its scope of operations, future land use and relation to the community. The plan was first presented at the October 19th meeting and continued to allow time for review and discussion. – for action. (Hope)

LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

4. Case No. 10-036MA – 454-466 Pine Street, 56 Somerset Street and 415 Friendship Street (Master Plan Approval)
The applicant is seeking Master Plan approval to build a new facility to accommodate a larger dining hall, kitchen, classroom and office space. A portion of the existing facility will be demolished for parking and landscaping. – for action. (AP 23 Lots 89, 90, 91, 124 and 900) (Upper South Providence)
