The applicant is requesting the removal of the existing slate roof and the installation of an imitation slate roof.

4. Case 10.130 – 126-128 Congdon Street – House, c.1908 (College Hill)
The applicant is requesting the approval for the installation of replacement windows. This item is continued from the October 25th meeting.

    It’s not about parking. They don’t want to pay real estate tax or they want to pay as little as possible.

    The building is over 126,000 square feet. It could be redeveloped into over 100 two-bedroom affordable apartments, besides other uses.

    Who is the owner?

  • The HDC denied the request for demolition, finding that the applicant had not met any of the required criteria.

  • Jef – the building identified in your picture is not the building. The building is located two builings to the north; it’s next to the river. The building is in receivership. It’s AP 105, Lot 58
