Is there a parking CRISIS in Olneyville that I don’t know about?
95 Hartford Avenue
It’s not about parking. They don’t want to pay real estate tax or they want to pay as little as possible.
The building is over 126,000 square feet. It could be redeveloped into over 100 two-bedroom affordable apartments, besides other uses.
Who is the owner?
Did anyone attend? Any news on the fate of the building?
The HDC denied the request for demolition, finding that the applicant had not met any of the required criteria.

Jef – the building identified in your picture is not the building. The building is located two builings to the north; it’s next to the river. The building is in receivership. It’s AP 105, Lot 58
