NEW BUSINESS
1. DRC Application No. 10.19, Kennedy Plaza
Proposal by the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) to install new a new information kiosk adjacent to the Bank of America City Center pavilion.  

2. DRC Application No. 11.02: 51 Washington Street (Biltmore Garage)
Proposal to construct a new entry vestibule at the southwest corner of the parking garage (Union and Washington Street elevations) and to install signage.  

3. DRC Application No. 11.03: 210 Westminster Street (William Wilkinson Building)
Proposal to replace a pair of entry doors with two individual doors on the Westminster Street elevation.
