The Mayor of Vilnius, Lithuiania, Arturas Zuokas has a problem with luxury car owners parking their cars wherever they damn well please. He is especially tired of them parking their cars in bike lanes.

Is that Mayor single? Because I’d totally marry him. Can you imagine the hue and cry if some mayor in the US tried this?
Draconian but I like it! I’d like to work on a device where we could take illegally parked cars and immediately teleport them to an impound lot.
I am more impressed that he swept the street afterwards.
