The Burnside Park Beer Garden Music Series takes place by the fountain in the park and runs every Thursday from July to August. Beer garden is open from 4:30 – 7pm with music from 5:30 – 6:30pm. Enjoy lawn games, Trinity Beer, De Las Olas Tacos and Jake’s Sweet Meat BBQ!

Rooted in Soul, Rock, Rhythm & Blues, BOO CITY is a wonderful mix of music styles that merge seamlessly. An intoxicating vocal blend is forged with Tai Awolaju’s smokey, sultry voice and Andrew Moon Bain’s husky, smooth tone sharing the lead vocal and harmony positions. The horns add to and enhance the dynamic, creating a soulful melodic sound that Providence has been lacking in recent years. Boo City’s music is energetic, tasteful, fun, edgy, whimsical yet serious all at once. This talented group of musicians are on track to embody a new sound of Providence RI and American music.
