NEW BUSINESS
1. DRC Application No. 11.08: 98 Dorrance Street (Narragansett Hotel Garage)
Presentation of window sample and garage door detail. The project received final approval on 8/15/11.
2. DRC Application No. 11.19: 10 Dorrance Street (Howard Building)
Continued review of the proposal to enlarge a storefront entrance on the Dorrance Street elevation for a new tenant. The project received conceptual approval on 11/14/11.

The proposed tenant for the 10 Dorrance space (which is the former Tim Horton’s location at the corner of Westminster) is Quickly. A pan-asian fast food restaurant.
First no Asian food downtown, now we’re drowing in it.
