Bearing in mind that this is steel-framed and there’s very little concrete involved, I don’t think I’d have too many qualms about the safety of the building. It’s a giant Erector Set.
Also, I would point out that the speed of the assembly has a lot to do with the siting: this building appears to be in the middle of nowhere, allowing the construction crew free run to do what they needed to do. Try doing that in a central city …
