Biltmore Garage, formerly the New Parkade.
1. DRC Application No. 12.3: 51 Washington Street (The Biltmore Garage)
Final review of the proposal to install new storefronts and continuous canopy along the Washington Street elevation of the parking garage. The project was approved in concept at the 2/13/12 DRC meeting.
Notice work beginning on site with SiteSpecific on location.
Site Specific has had an office there for a while, they did the work on the elevator lobbies and rebuilding the lobby on the corner of Union Street. But there are new site fences along the Washington Street side of the garage.
