Does anyone know why there is a site fence around Garibaldi Park at the Federal Hill Arch?

  1. They’re probably preparing to turn it into a parking lot.

  2. Someone on Facebook said they are installing an irrigation system. I’ve never thought it needed that, but whatever.

    Omni Properties is looking like the outfit that will be renovating the park … as their strangle hold on Cedar St and West Exchange continues

  5. PS: The park has been completely torn apart. I don’t know where the money is coming from the pay for it…

  6. Historically that has been one of those public parks that is maintained by a private entity, for as long as I can remember…
