Local businesses, property owners and the State of Rhode Island have teamed up, pooled resources and are working together to catalyze real estate development projects and infrastructure improvements to make the riverfront the centerpiece of revitalization efforts.
If you really want to grow Pawtucket and CF you have to do something about the water supply system there. By far, those communities have the absolute WORST drinking water quality.
Great, so long as it is smart development that is done in an ecologically benign and/or positive manner. Would love to see this riparian area rise again, with a clean river to frolic on!
