RINPR: R.I.P. Joseph R. Paolino Sr., Providence real estate legend

Joseph R. Paolino Sr., a prominent Rhode Island real estate dealer and developer for more than a half century and the father of former Providence mayor Joseph R. Paolino Jr., died today after a battle with cancer. He was 83.

    Well the real estate side will go on. Condolences to the Paolino’s though.

    I recall meeting Joe Jr. back a few years ago when we had to get an easement to run coax into a building we had offices in that was owned by the company.

    Turns out I know his secretary from 20 years ago when I worked at my buddies software company in Foster, RI.
