Johnson & Wales has started work on their parking garage on Richmond Street.

Demolition has not commenced yet at the building that formerly housed Mirabar.

  1. Is this a hoax, or is someone really going to Build, rather than destroy, a parking garage? Surely there will be songs written to celebrate this rare feat.

  2. There was a parade when the dearly departed Outlet Garage opened.
