This police officer on her phone in her cruiser was no help to me as I was forced to play a real life game of Frogger crossing Atwells and Dean this morning when the traffic lights were out due to the storm.
The officer at Atwells and the Service Road was only slightly more helpful.
I think we need to group together and have a conversation with the district Lieutenant. I contacted PPD on Facebook about cops who have no regard for crosswalks, never got any more response then they were forwarding it to Traffic division.
In fact in addition to the Lieutenant we should also invite the mayor and the chief too.
Exactly, aside from not helping me navigate the non-signalized intersection, the cruiser is basically parked in the crosswalk.
