The last RIPTA buses of the day were making their way into Kennedy Plaza, all “Out of Service.”
Kennedy Plaza was pretty desolate.
There were a couple skaters braving the weather at the Skating Center. The Skating Center closed down at 2pm.
Providence Place, closed.
I did not see any cyclists.
The Hasbro cube was not spinning.
Where are all these people going?
