Great news, but I really do hope they up the ante on the parking maxes associated with this. At present they’re mostly looking to turn a 1970s suburb into a 1950s one, when they should be requiring more in order to maximize development. 150 spots at the Seats location, while not as bad as 300, is hardly TOD, especially when other parts of the city are going to retain parking mins.

Just another reason the proposed street car route, at current, makes no sense.
