Get ‘er Done
Agree with Nic. What would it take to close Elizabeth Street to vehicular traffic? It would be perfect as a pedestrian street, with room for a bike-share station.
Is this project dead on the vine? Does the developer still owe the contractors of Phase I?
I really hope its still being built because it has the potential to be very impactful to filling in the area and creating more foot traffic between the financial district/KP and “cheapside”/North Main.
