    The proposed design for parcels 2 and 5 by Spencer Providence is the best damn thing I have seen to date for new development along the Providence River. Bravo to Spencer Providence!

    Perhaps our NYC developer Jason Fane should take note of this approach for his proposed condo development, rather than his oversized “oscillating air filter fan” design!
