1. Woonasquatucket Corridor Redevelopment and Tax Increment Financing Plan – Proponent: Providence Redevelopment Agency – Presentation of the Woonasquatucket Corridor Redevelopment and Tax Increment Financing (TIF) plan to establish a redevelopment project area that encompasses blighted and substandard conditions within the corridor. The plan defines ways to ameliorate and improve blighted conditions, and identifies means of funding the improvements through TIF – for action

4. Case No. 18-015MI – 89 Belmont Ave – Applicant: Polanco Property Management – The applicant is proposing to subdivide a lot measuring approximately 11,315 SF into two lots measuring 5,615 SF and 5,700 SF – for action (AP 64 Lot 615, Mt. Pleasant)

5. Rhode Island School of Design Institutional Master Plan – Presentation of Rhode Island School of Design’s (RISD) institutional master plan detailing changes and activity expected to occur in the next five years. The plan sets out the university’s long and short term goals and objectives and will provide details on the school’s holdings throughout the City – for action (College Hill)

Major Land Development Project Public Informational Meeting

6. Case No. 18-012MA – 498 Kinsley Ave – Applicant: Farm Fresh RI – The applicant is proposing to construct a single story building of approximately 60,000 SF with associated site improvements, which the applicant is proposing to use for aggregation and distribution operations, a production kitchen, a farmers’ market and commercial space. Approximately 120 parking spaces are required but 60 will be provided. The applicant is seeking a fifty percent dimensional adjustment for parking – for action (AP 27 Lots 297 and 298, Valley)
