City Council Referral
1. Referral 3435 – Petition to rezone certain lots from R-4 to C-2 – Petitioner: Omni Group – The petitioner is proposing to rezone 110 Dean Street and 6, 8, 10 and 12 Spruce Street from R-4 to C-2. The purpose of the rezoning is to allow for redevelopment of a church into commercial space – for action (AP 26 Lots 128, 129, 133, 139 and 143, Federal Hill)
Land Development Project Public Hearing
2. Case no. 17-047MA – 555 Harris Avenue (Preliminary Plan) – Applicant and Owner: Gotham Greens The applicant is seeking preliminary plan approval for construction of a greenhouse for plant agriculture on a former industrial site, which will provide approximately 93,500 SF of space. A support area for processing and commercial space will be provided within the structure in addition to onsite parking. The site is zoned M-MU 75 and the applicant is seeking waivers from the requirements that all state approvals and a lighting plan be submitted at the preliminary plan stage. The applicant may request additional waivers/adjustments from the preliminary plan submission requirements at the meeting – for action (AP 33 Lot 716, Olneyville)
