I am pleased to see that you took a interest in the Jalber-Warner Pedestrian bridges. If you happen to know how to get plaques cleaned of the graffiti, I would be very pleased. I have tried everything to try to clean them up. The material which makes up the plaque was supposed to be graffiti-proof.
