POSTPONED: Zoning Board of Review Meeting – March 3, 2014

This meeting has been postponed.

Items on the Zoning Board of Review agenda for the March 3rd meeting include:

  • Extention of the “temporary” surface parking use for the site of the former Outlet Garage
  • Installation of LED signs on the LaSalle Square side of the Trinity Repertory building*

*My understanding is the signs that used to be on the marquee at PPAC are the signs that Trinity Rep plans to install. Also, I’ve long been a proponent of LaSalle Square being all lit up with signs and stuff, bring it!

2. DRC Application No. 12.37: 10 Kennedy Plaza (Bank of America City Center) Proposal to replace the existing chain link fencing with new metal fencing.

3. DRC Application No. 12.39: 170 Washington Street (parking lot) Proposal to paint a large mural on an adjacent brick wall facing Washington Street.

1. DRC Application No. 10.11, 201 Washington Street (formerly Majestic Theater, now Lederer Theater Center) Proposal to replace the existing large banner on the rear elevation of the theater building with smaller, multiple banners.

2. DRC Application No. 10.13, 395-397 Westminster Street (Lyman Building) Proposal to modify one storefront window opening and to replace existing windows with new windows on the Empire Street elevation, and to replace the existing door with a new door and transom on the Westminster Street elevation.

Other Business

3. Pre-Application Review: Regency Plaza Request for an additional pre-application review of the proposed sign package for the Regency Plaza complex, which consists of three towers and campus.
