2. Referral 3382 – Petition to abandon a portion of Stanhope Street The applicant intends to abandon the portion of Stanhope Street adjacent to AP 97 Lot 12 to add to the area of the lot – for action (Charles)

New Business

1. Pre-Application Review: 201 Washington Street (Majestic/Lederer Theater, now Trinity Repertory Theater) Proposal to install three (3) digital monitors on the roof of the building (northwest elevation). This item is for discussion only. No action will be taken by the DRC at this meeting.

2. DRC Application No. 14.10: 111 Mathewson Street (1930’s addition to Arnold Building) Proposal by Blake’s Tavern to create new wall openings and to install a new entrance and storefronts on the Mathewson Street elevation, and to reopen window openings and install new windows and a storefront window on the Maiden Lane elevation. Work also includes the installation of signage and an awning.

POSTPONED: Zoning Board of Review Meeting – March 3, 2014

This meeting has been postponed.

Items on the Zoning Board of Review agenda for the March 3rd meeting include:

  • Extention of the “temporary” surface parking use for the site of the former Outlet Garage
  • Installation of LED signs on the LaSalle Square side of the Trinity Repertory building*

*My understanding is the signs that used to be on the marquee at PPAC are the signs that Trinity Rep plans to install. Also, I’ve long been a proponent of LaSalle Square being all lit up with signs and stuff, bring it!

DRC Application No. 10.13, 395-397 Westminster Street (Lyman Building) Proposal to modify one storefront window opening and to replace existing windows with new windows on the Empire Street elevation, and to replace the existing door with a new door and transom on the Westminster Street elevation.

3. Pre-Application Review: Regency Plaza Request for an additional pre-application review of the proposed sign package for the Regency Plaza complex, which consists of three towers and campus.
