Project Review

1. DRC Application No. 08.04, 173 Weybosset Street (Fletcher Building) Design changes to an approved signage and awning plan for a new ground floor retail tenant. This is to be reviewed as a modification to an approved project.

2. DRC Application No. 09.06, 125-135 Washington Street (Mercantile Block) Proposal to install new storefronts on the Washington and Martha Street elevations and to replace existing windows with new windows. The work proposed is part of an interior and exterior renovation of the building.
