LOL, one of Brown’s is sticking the screws to them. This is getting interesting. I sort of object to giving any of that land to either JWU or Brown. Let them bid for it.
I work for Brown at Davol Square. I think my biggest concern here is that Brown is ‘building a wall’ at the western end of the whole expansion that will allow them to slowly take-over the space between the new lots and their existing presence at Davol and Ship St.
I’d like to see Brown in the official bidding process, and I’d like to see them ‘encouraged’ to build closer to the water, so the city can expand its commercial space downtown.
