As the bottom photo shows, they’d better hurry and get some doctors on site. The Stop Sign at the corner of Richmond is pretty well camouflaged behind a Do Not Enter sign, a Detour sign, a Road Closed sign and about 25 feet back up Ship Street, a nice billboard-size cluster that includes No Right Turn and Detour warnings.
Almost as effective as the leafy saplings obscuring stop signs all over the East Side.
