Route 195 demolition getting underway

Yesterday morning signs of Route 195 demolition were apparent. As I walked to work I saw this “Mulch n More” truck up on the Chestnut Street overpass.

By lunchtime all this brush and trees on the Route 195 embankment next to Johnson & Wales was gone. Contrary to what I had heard about it, it looks like Route 195 demo is actually underway. Of course the exciting part will be when they start to truck away the embankments and rip down the overpasses. Stay tuned.
