I want to know why they plan events like this that they want the public to attend for 3:00pm on a weekday when most of the people they want to attend are at work. And it’s only 2 hours. If they want something like this to be a success, they need to either extend the hours or hold it after 5 or on a weekend. I’d love to attend, but I can’t leave work for this.
Part of it is a State House rally, so those things are done when the Assembly is in session, but… yeah.
Disappointing. The Hope Street Merchants Association had a table but the teachers decided to horn in. While I appreciate their position, businesses need a break, too.
