Is this new development? Looks like the Promenade, right? What’s going on there? Thanks in advance.
Ha! no, it is the gaping hole where the Outlet Garage used to be filled with water (and filling with much more water at the moment I imagine). But if you don’t look too closely, it is kinda nice isn’t it? Would be nice if we could have buildings coming right down to the water in the Promenade, instead of having the river hemmed in on both sides by
highwaysroads.Oh wow that is too funny! Would be nice if we had more waterfront instead of parking lots… oh well.
What stands out to me,is the different light&dense excisting buildings.
It deserves a name. Pine Street Pond? Parking Pond?
I like Parking Pond or Lake Outlet Garage.
Lake Cianci?
Lake Outlet Garage Pond Pond.
Haha I live right around the corner and it’s quite interesting to see how it’s filled up after they tore the garage down. I went to lunch one day and photographed them tearing it down – http://www.jonathanlukeobrien.com/Other/2011-Selected-Works/19952811_KNKvt5#1570934444_tQ2MBzj-XL-LB
