Does anyone know why there is a site fence around Garibaldi Park at the Federal Hill Arch?

    Someone on Facebook said they are installing an irrigation system. I’ve never thought it needed that, but whatever.

    PS: The park has been completely torn apart. I don’t know where the money is coming from the pay for it…

  5. Historically that has been one of those public parks that is maintained by a private entity, for as long as I can remember…
