Omni Properties is looking like the outfit that will be renovating the park … as their strangle hold on Cedar St and West Exchange continues
PS: The park has been completely torn apart. I don’t know where the money is coming from the pay for it…
Historically that has been one of those public parks that is maintained by a private entity, for as long as I can remember…
