I voted around 8:40am at Dominca Manor on Federal Hill. It took about 40 minutes in line and voting. There seemed to be a number of people who did not speak English (or did not speak English well) just wandering around aimlessly, not knowing what to do. I did see one person get issued a provisional ballot when his name was found on the master list of voters but the sticker with his name on it for the polling place was not found. If it were me I would have asked to look for the sticker myself as it seemed that not all the poll workers were the best readers in town or fully grasped alphabetization. A friend of mine who voted at the same place said she did just that when the worker could not find her name.
