ProJo: Car spins into building, catches fire; pedestrian offering aid struck by hit-run vehicle

A car spun into a building and burst into flames at Broad and Homer streets Wednesday morning, and a pedestrian crossing the street to render aid was struck by another car, which didn’t stop.
