DRC Application No. 14.8: 20 Westminster Street (Merchants Bank Building) Proposal to create ten (10) new wall openings for the installation of new windows on the east façade; and to create a new opening for the installation of a new a new egress door on the Jerry Street (alley) elevation of the building.
