3. East Side Park:
   Historic markers, walkways, furniture, lighting, “come upon” features.
   Riverwalls: finish materials, infrastructure.
4. West Side Park:
   Water Feature, for Ship Street Triangle, or other location.
   Park furniture, art, finish materials, lighting, walkways.
5. Vote to Adjourn.
