WPRI: Two children struck by hit-and-run driver in Providence

Police are investigating after two children were hit by a vehicle in Providence and the driver fled the scene.

According to city police, a 12-year-old boy and an 11-year-old girl were riding bicycles in the area of Roanoke Street at about 3:45 p.m. Tuesday when they were struck.
