3. Case No. 16-035 MI – 60 King Street – The applicant is proposing to subdivide a lot measuring approximately 7.5 acres into two lots measuring approximately 4 acres and 3.5 acres – for action (AP 96 Lot 284, Olneyville)

Case No. 16-016 MA – 345 Harris Avenue – The applicant is seeking preliminary plan approval to construct a five story building with a 20,000 SF footprint to be used as a self-storage facility in the M-1 zone. The applicant is requesting a waiver from the requirement that all state permits be submitted at the preliminary plan stage – for action (AP 27 Lot 292, 293, 285 and 286, Olneyville)
