Elizabeth Procaccianti, according to the TPG website, is the Chief Operations Officer of “Procaccianti Companies and TPG Hotels & Resorts.” Through their affiliates and subsidiaries, the Procaccianti Companies have repeatedly appeared before regulatory boards of the City of Providence. On February 16, 2016, an entity named PRI XII, LP, also managed by Ms. Procaccianti, appeared before the Downtown Design Review Committee with a proposal to construct an extended stay Marriott Residence Inn at the site of the old Fogarty Building on Fountain Street.
