1. Referral 3417 – 763-771 Broad Street/339 Potters Avenue – The applicant is requesting that a portion of 769 Broad Street that is zoned R-3 be rezoned to C-1 so that the lot is consistently zoned – for action (AP 49 Lot 632, Elmwood)

Minor Subdivision

2. Case No. 17-017MI – 225 Dyer Street and 150 Richmond Street (Preliminary Plan) – The applicant is proposing to subdivide two lots of approximately 5.07 acres into five lots measuring 9,956 SF, 92,846 SF, 46,853 SF, 35,254 SF and 33,190 SF – for action (AP 20 Lots 395 and 396, Downtown)

3. Case No. 17-014MI – 7-9 Duncan Avenue (Preliminary Plan) – The applicant is proposing to subdivide a lot measuring approximately 14,160 SF into two lots measuring 5,957 SF and 8,202 SF. The lot is zoned C-2 – for action (AP 5 Lot 517, Mt. Hope)

4. Case No. 17-016MI – 13 Cushing Street (Preliminary Plan) – The applicant is proposing to subdivide a lot measuring approximately 10,577 SF into two lots measuring 5,002 SF and 5,575 SF – for action (AP 10 Lot 232, College Hill)

Institutional Master Plan

5. Johnson and Wales University Master Plan – The applicant will present their five year Master Plan detailing goals and objectives, growth, traffic and changes since the last iteration of the plan – for action
