Kids and families explore a host of bewitching activity stations during Providence Children’s Museum’s annual hands-on Halloween bash:

  • Step into the mad science lab to experiment with ooey-gooey slime, investigate mysterious substances, and learn about conductivity to shed light on some spooky scenes.
  • Try imaginative arts and “witch crafts” – make your own pet monster and fashion frightful costumes from repurposed materials.
  • Explore eerie environments and send ghostly creatures flying through howling air tubes.
Play ghoulish games galore, including “Witch’s Hat Ring Toss” and “Pin the Grin on the Jack-O-Lantern.”
  • Hear spooky stories from Rhode Island’s haunted history, browse Halloween books, and compose your own terrifying tales.

And join a Halloween hunt to search for crazy costumed characters throughout the Museum.
Come in costume and have a blast at the biggest Halloween bash around!

All programs are free with Museum admission of $9.00 per person; free for Museum members. For more information, including a full calendar of events, visit ChildrenMuseum.org.
