ProJo: 72-year-old Warren man struck by car on Main Street

A 72-year-old Warren man was taken to Rhode Island Hospital after he was struck by a car on Main Street just before 8:30 Wednesday night.

Robert Bento, of Main Street, was crossing Main Street near his home when he was struck by a car driven by Kim Guthas, 51 of Dahlonega, Ga., who was traveling southbound, according to Lt. Roland Brule of the Warren police.
