Minor Subdivision
1. Case No. 16-027 MI – 54-56 Glenham and 200 Taylor Street – The applicant is proposing to subdivide a lot measuring approximately 4,000 SF into two lots measuring 1,600 SF and 2,400 SF respectively. There are two existing buildings that would be located on separate lots as a result of the subdivision. The applicant will require dimensional relief from the zoning board of review for creation of undersized lots – for action (AP 45 Lot 661, Upper South Providence)
Institutional Master Plan
2. Rhode Island Hospital Institutional Master Plan Amendment – The Zoning Board of Appeals overturned the CPCs December 15, 2015 denial of Rhode Island Hospital’s Institutional Master Plan Amendment and remanded it to the CPC for a decision – for action (Upper South Providence)
