Safety improvements are extremely overdue for the intersection of Francis st & Memorial Boulevard. I always hate crossing Memorial Boulevard. It does’t help that Memorial Boulevard is Primarily used to enter I-95. It’s kind of a shame that Capital Center’s streets aren’t people centric like many of the streets Downcity.
