With every abused urban area and every widened street, I feel less and less welcome as a pedestrian in the city of Providence. This is a city built for cars to drive through, not for people to live in. Let’s hope the scrap the street car, too! A suburban parking lot masquerading as a city has no need for such things.
Well, let it never be said that things don’t happen quickly in Providence.
