2. Approval of October 16, 2019 Meeting Minutes (For Action)
3. Overview of Commission Review Procedure (For Discussion)
4. 2019 Meeting Schedule (For Action) — The Commission will discuss and approve a meeting schedule for the following year.
5. North Main Street intersection with Doyle Ave – Mount Hope – Ward 3 (For Action) — The City of Providence Department of Planning and Development seeks comments from the BPAC regarding 30% plans from the Rhode Island Department of Transportation for work at the intersection of North Main Street and Doyle Ave. This will be a design level review of the project and will be the second of two reviews before the Commission.
6. Discussion of Topics to Discuss with Police Department (For Discussion) — At a future meeting, representatives of the Providence Police Department will be invited to attend a meeting of the Commission to discuss topics relevant to the Commission. This agenda item is to identify topics the Commission wishes to discuss with the Police Department at that future meeting.
